Job Profile: - Café Manager

Job Description: -

• Executing company’s objectives in the region.
• Ensure store compliance with company’s operational procedures.
• Lead, motivate & develop team to maximize profits.
• Drive customer focus through service standards in area
• Supervise an individual outlet.
• Maximize Café sales performance and drive profits.
• Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams.
• Assuring the TimelyØ & Accurate indent is placed for the café.
• Wastage control measures.
• Timely forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.

Qualification: - BHM graduate/ Diploma/ any relevant degree or with relevant experience.

Requirement: -

• 1.6 - 5 years of experience in handling multiple F&B units
• Retail or related industry exposure

Skills: -

• Motivating the team to ensure the sales target in met.
• Grievance handling & solving issues.
• Ensure the Training Certification of team members.
