Channel : Banca / Bancassurance - VRM - Virtual Relationship Manager ( for Tied Up Bank)

Exp: 3 to 5 years

Team leading Experience : 2-3 years.

You should not be Individual Contributor. You should be managing a team of 4-10 Tele Sales / VRM Sales Executives.

You will operate from Contact Centre / Tele Sales / VRM Channel's office of the Tied up Bank and manage a team of Tele Sales / VRM Sales Executives.

You should be excellent in English (Oral).

Those with no experience in Insurance sales should not apply. You should be working in Insurance Sales - Banca Channel and managing a team.
