About Us: Holiday Concepts is a leading company in the B2B travel industry, specializing in providing comprehensive travel solutions and services. We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Executive to join our team.
Job Description: As a Business Executive for B2B Travel Sales at Holiday Concepts, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other business partners. Your goal will be to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including travel agents, corporate clients, and other potential business partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to represent Holiday Concepts and build a strong industry presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of the B2B travel market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
