Job Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Chaiwaale’s administrative functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks, from coordinating office activities to managing communications and supporting various departments.


Key Responsibilities:


Office Management:


Maintain office supplies and inventory.

Organize and maintain office filing systems (both electronic and physical).

Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Communication:


Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Support Services:


Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.

Data Management:


Maintain and update company databases and records.

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Customer Service:


Address customer inquiries and provide information about Chaiwaale’s products and services.

Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in an administrative role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Customer-oriented attitude.
