Field Marketing: Conduct on-ground marketing activities, including door-to-door promotions, community events, and informational sessions

- Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers, explaining the benefits of our schemes and answering queries.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community leaders to enhance brand visibility and trust.  

- Market Research: Gather and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

- Sales Support: Assist in achieving monthly sales targets by actively promoting products and services in the field.  

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback; prepare regular reports.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns and strategies effectively.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Period: This position includes a 7-day unpaid OJT period. During this time, you will gain hands-on experience in field marketing, training on our products, and insight into our operational processes. Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in field marketing or sales, preferably in financial services or similar sectors.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
