Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of materials and supplies according to company needs.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Support the team in conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
• Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
• Maintain a positive relationship with suppliers and internal departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
