Position: Telecaller (Remote)

Location: Work from Home  

Responsibilities:  

- Call customers to explain products/services in Tamil.  

- Address customer inquiries over the phone.  

- Accurately update customer records.  

- Meet daily/weekly call targets. 

Requirements:

- Only serious and dedicated candidates.  

- Fluent in Tamil communication.  

- Reliable internet and a quiet home environment.  

- Basic computer skills.  

Position: Team Leader (Remote)  

Location: Work from Home  

Responsibilities: 

- Lead a team of Tamil-speaking telecallers.  

- Drive team performance to meet set targets.  

- Provide virtual training and resolve escalated issues.  

- Monitor and report team metrics.  

Requirements:  

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.  

- Serious candidates with strong leadership skills.  

- Fluent in Tamil communication.  

- Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
