Job Description

Looking for a Female Admin Executive with minimum 1 to 2 years experience.


Roles & Responsiblities

Admin

 Responsible for visitors, office landline, emails and inbound and outbound couriers.

 Receiving enquiry calls & forward to the concern person.

 Monitoring & maintain the condition of office facilities, including cleanliness. 

 Maintain & update office records and databases and filling systems.

 Petty cash handling & maintaining the monthly budget

 Maintenance of office printers, scanner and landlines.

 Events organization like festival & Pooja celebrations.

 All banking coordination like petty cash withdrawal, cheque deposits, credit & debit issues, outward remittance, etc.

 Transportation planning for material movements, tracking materials & import and export co-ordination.

 Rental & lease agreements preparations.

 Bill processing for monthly expenses – catering service, housekeeping materials, canteen purchase, etc.

 Company insurance & Vehicle insurance maintenance.

 Planning for stationary purchase & maintain stock.

 Maintain salary register, up to date employees monthly attendance from biometric to pay slips.

 Supervising housekeeping and security, salary processing.


Purchase & Sales (Training will be provide)

 Purchase – Vendor Registration, Preparing PO, entering purchase bills & supplier payment.

 Sales – Customer Registration, Preparing Proforma, invoice, E-way Bill & customer payment follow up.

 Customer & Vendor co-ordinations.

 Coordinating with auditor for monthly GST filing & TDS.

 Customer’s & Supplier’s contracts and legal agreement preparation.

 Coordinating for finance control
