Job Description: Inbound Officer - Voice Process (Hindi Mandatory)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Officer to join our banking support team in Karapakkam. The role involves managing inbound calls, delivering top-notch customer service, and addressing banking-related inquiries. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.
Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers with account-related issues, transaction inquiries, and general banking support.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies during customer interactions.
Document customer interactions and update relevant systems as required.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards in customer service.
Requirements:
Education: Any Degree from a recognized institution.
Experience: Open to freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of relevant experience in a voice process, preferably in banking or financial services.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Additional proficiency in English or other languages is advantageous.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Compensation:
Salary Range: ₹2.8 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA, based on experience and qualifications.
Performance-based incentives may be offered.
Location:
The position is based in Karapakkam, Chennai. Candidates should be willing to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends and public holidays.
