A CRP will be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The CRP will constantly identify opportunities to grow the business and build positive relationships with new clients. You will be owning your process of scheduling counselling sessions with the parents and children which will be eventually conducted and converted by you.

We initially book a free counselling session for the child with the parents. In any counselling session the discussion is focused on the learning methodology of the child and areas of improvement in his/her current way of learning and to provide solutions for this.

To be successful as a Customer Relationship Partner, you should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

Customer Relationship Partner responsibilities :

● Interacting with the customers over calls on a daily basis and scheduling counseling sessions.

● Conducting counseling sessions with the parents and identifying the challenges faced by the child with respect to the learning style and providing solutions using the USPs of the Byju’s products.

This role enables you to work with us as a Contractual Employee paid on a Sales Commision basis, while you are already pursuing/working in other areas of opportunity.

We initially book a free counseling session for the child with the parents. In any counseling session the discussion is all about the learning methodology of the child and areas of improvement in his current way of learning and to provide solutions for this.

Customer Relationship Associate responsibilities : 

● Interacting with the customers over calls on a daily basis and scheduling counseling sessions.

● Conducting counseling sessions with the parents and identifying the challenges faced by the child with respect to the learning style and providing solutions using the USPs of the Byju’s products.

You will be working for 6 days a week.

• CTC - 4 LPA (20% - 25% Fixed Pay and 75% - 80% Variable Pay)
