Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our growing event management team. The ideal candidate will be the key contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and precision. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in client management, project coordination, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact, providing excellent service and support.
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events according to client requirements. Work closely with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the event meet the client’s expectations and are delivered on time.
- Communication:
- Serve as a communication link between clients and internal teams, including creative, production, and logistics. Ensure all project details are clearly understood and conveyed.
- Support in Proposal Development:
- Help in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and event briefs. Contribute ideas and suggestions to create compelling and tailored solutions for clients.
- Problem Resolution:
- Identify potential issues and assist in finding solutions. Address client concerns promptly and efficiently, escalating to senior management when necessary.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, and managing project documentation. Support in the preparation of reports and post-event analysis.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Provide insights to enhance service offerings and suggest new ideas for client projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, sales, or event management. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of event planning and management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
