• Ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operation.
• Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation, making adjustments where necessary to maintain consistency.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
