Opening for Freshers - Voice process.

Salary: starts 10 / 17 plus incentive

Experience: Freshers / experience 

Job location: Chennai – Velachery

(Qualification 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduate (Pass/Fail))

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for making outbound calls and providing services for inbound calls

* Explaining the detailed formality of relieving & submission of desktops and for replacement.

* Understanding customer requirements. 

* Providing the right customer experience.

Kills and Competencies

Excellent verbal communication (Intermediate English &Tamil) Mandatory, telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language and persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
