MANAGER - EHS
- Operate independently, plan own schedule and actions to ensure that the HSE Management System is effectively implemented or identify weaknesses, and inspected so as to encourage improvement and to give management confidence in overall compliance.
- Routine Surveillance or Inspection (HSE) of Sites (including preparing surveillance report for each inspection detailing activities undertaken and any findings/recommendations).
- Organize or attend Site Safety Walk around as required.
- Assist EHS Manager/Project Managers in preparation of Project HSE Plans, HSE Record Filing Systems, Risk & Hazard Assessments (and Method Statements as appropriate), and set-up of project/department HSE Systems.
- Assist EHS Manager during project internal HSE Audits.
- Investigate and follow-up accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences. Make recommendations for prevention, and follow-up implementation.
- Organize and conduct HSE Training (Site Induction, Task Launch, Pep talk, Subcontractor, Supplier etc.).
- Attend Production and Progress Meetings and other appropriate meetings as required. Organize and attend Site EHS Committee meetings as required.

Prepare monthly summary report detailing activities/progress/incidents in the preceding month for EHS Department.
