Job Title: Personal Secretary to Managing Director

Location: Flexible (Travel required as per business needs)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Personal Secretary to provide executive support to the Managing Director of SmileyTrips.com. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and the flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage and coordinate the MD’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of records and documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings.
  • Assist with travel logistics and accompany the MD on business trips (both within India and abroad) as required.
  • Coordinate communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the MD.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to travel within India and internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Secretary or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are also welcome to apply.

Travel Requirements:

  • The candidate must be willing and available to travel with the Managing Director for business purposes, both within India and internationally, as needed.
