Power BI Admin

The PowerBI Platform Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and improving the PowerBI platform. The focus area of this position will be to advance the future state of self-service analytics.

The associate should have at least relevant experience in Power BI administration of 5+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft Power BI platform and On-Premise Gateways, lead upgrade planning, configuration, and capacity planning
  
  
• Coordinate with Microsoft Premium Support and other IT team members when troubleshooting and resolving performance issues
  
  
• Guide Power BI Dashboard developers and other colleagues during dashboard development using Power BI and DAX to establish and promote best practices for dashboard and data set development and -publishing (location, layout, dataset access, DAX usage, security, performance tuning, naming conventions)
