• Receiving and engaging with customers to understand their requirements 
• Presenting and selling jewelry products using excellent communication skills 
• Upselling and cross-selling to potential customers 
• Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships 
• Coordinating sales efforts with the team and other departments 
• Continuously improving through feedback 
• Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 
• Analyzing the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements 
• Properly and attractively displaying jewelry products at the appropriate counters 
• Maintaining the safety and security of jewelry displayed to customers
