Functional Area:

Sales/ Real Estate to Develop good relationship with reputed customers To Give

customer end to end service regards to buying/selling of property, Finalization of the deals and customer follow ups


Marketing Industry: Real Estate(TEAM LEADER/TELECALLERS / MARKETING MANAGER)

Responsibilities and Duties


Experience: 0 - 12years (fresher also apply)

Generating leads and managing walk-in clients.

·    Responsible for client follow-ups and coordinating for the site visit.

·    Maintain and update listings of available properties.

·    Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

·    Good (English / Tamil) Communication, Presentation & negotiation skills. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

·    Experience in Sales / Marketing/ Service Industry preferred.

·    1- 15yrs Experience in Real Estate/ Home Loans / Insurance etc basic knowledge


  • Should be Capable of communicate and make presentation about our projects with clients
  • Should have the knowledge to handle and answer the client’s objections
  • Should have the sales closing skill
  • Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices is an added advantage
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
  • Capable of converting prospects into sales
