Role & Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, assisting them in selecting the right lighting products to meet their needs and preferences.

* Prepare and present quotations for lighting products based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized display of lighting products.

* Ensure that the showroom environment reflects the brand image and enhances the customer shopping experience.

* Assist customers in understanding product features, specifications, and benefits, aiming to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

* Supervise showroom staff, providing guidance and support in delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

* Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery of lighting products.
