Responsibilities and Duties:

• We are looking for operation field candidates who can supervise workers like painters.
• Person who can solve customer issue if any and manage the work flow.
• Candidates should be self motivated and customer centric.
• You have to make sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
• You have Complete operations by developing schedules; Assigning and monitoring work;Gathering resources; Implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems.
