Project Planning and Management:

• Conduct quality control checks and inspections.
• Ensure materials and methods meet project specifications.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Monitor project budgets and expenses.
• Optimize resource utilization and efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of construction activities.
• Prepare regular progress reports and other documentation as required.

Safety and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD software and other design tools.
