Process - Tele-Collection
*DRA Certification Mandatory
▪ Call to customer and collect EMI
▪ Follow up with customers
▪ Preparing Reports
▪ Responsible for collecting past due payments, resolve customer issues and ensure that accounts are set to auto-bill
Age– 19 to 35
Salary – 18k to 24k
Language - English & Tamil
Experience - Minimum 6 month in Collections
Shift Time - 09:00AM to 06:00PM
Week-Off - one rotational week off
