Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This role involves direct communication with Apartment Associations and Administration Managers across Chennai, Bengaluru, and Coimbatore to coordinate payments, pitch new products, and ensure seamless collaboration between our ground employees, apartment teams, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly contact Apartment Association and Administration Managers to coordinate on existing agreements and pitch new collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication regarding all operational and billing matters.
• Follow up on pending payments and coordinate financial transactions and documentation.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible terms and reductions on payouts, contributing to cost efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between company ground staff, apartment teams, and vendors to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support.
• Document and report on client interactions, challenges, and the status of ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Kannada and Tamil is mandatory, given the geographical scope of the role.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure advantageous terms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a role involving significant client interaction.
• Detail-oriented with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in business administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service agent, or similar role with direct client interaction and negotiation responsibilities.
