Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Description:

As a Telesales Executive at Ecube Interior Solutions Pvt Limited, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and driving sales for our interior designing services. Your primary focus will be on reaching out to potential clients via telephone calls to introduce our company, discuss their interior design needs, and persuade them to engage with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce Ecube Interior Solutions and our interior designing services.
  2. Engage with potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and assess how our services can meet their needs.
  3. Present our company's portfolio, past projects, and service offerings persuasively to prospects.
  4. Provide accurate information about pricing, timelines, and other relevant details to prospects.
  5. Effectively handle objections and address concerns raised by prospects to move them closer to conversion.
  6. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and maintain a high level of engagement.
  7. Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless sales process.
  8. Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects and update the CRM system regularly.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  10. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
  2. Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
  3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to effectively close deals.
  4. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  5. Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
