• Skilled in Bid evaluation, managing bidding process, Estimating and costing, pre and post tender negotiations Electromechanical Systems pertaining to Hydroelectric Power Plants, Underground Metros, Port and Harbours, Nuclear and Defense Projects and reviewing contracts as per contract regimes and bridging contract agreements for projects as explained above.
• Led in managing the project procurement & contracting including pre-qualification of suppliers/contractors, tendering, evaluation, contractual negotiations & finalization on the basis of cost, quality, time & safety parameters.
• Expertise in coordinating with procurement activities like approaching right firm, following-up for offers, techno-commercial comparisons, finalizing of suitable supplier, contract negotiations, Contract Variation Monitoring, Claiming and post order margin improvements.
