Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience using React.js. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and designing user interfaces that meet the needs of the end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design user interfaces that meet those needs using React.js. - Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. - Ensure that designs are accessible, usable, and meet the needs of the end-users. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to create innovative and effective user experiences. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies. - Experience with user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. - Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. - Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and their interactions with React.js. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in React.js. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
