Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Location: Chavadimukku, Kadakkavoor, Trivandrum

Work Hours: Part-time, 4 hours per day

Salary: ₹7,000 - ₹11,000 per month, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Develop and execute age-appropriate educational content that stimulates curiosity and learning.
• Activity Leadership: Guide children through a variety of educational and fun activities designed to promote intellectual and social development.
• Educational Program Development: Create and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and foster an inclusive environment.
• Child Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess the developmental progress of each child, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs and capabilities.
• Event and Program Coordination: Assist in organizing school events and programs, enhancing the learning experience and fostering community engagement.

Preferred Qualifications and Traits

• Educational Background: Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or relevant field. Additional certifications in Montessori or ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching preschool-aged children, with a proven track record of creating engaging and effective educational experiences.
• Passion for Teaching: A robust passion for teaching and a commitment to educational excellence.
• Loving and Caring Nature: Innate love for children, demonstrating a nurturing, patient, and caring approach.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and parents alike.
