Job Details:

Position: Floor Manager

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location: Singanallur, Coimbatore

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹23,000 (Based on experience and profile)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute activities on the floor, ensuring smooth operations and productivity.

Maintain employee and team coordination for optimal performance.

Develop and implement strategies to improve floor execution.

Follow up on tasks and activities to ensure timely completion.

Provide support and guidance to team members while fostering a collaborative environment.

Skills & Expertise:

Background in teaching or education is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proactive in planning and executing tasks effectively.

Ability to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
