Make outbound calls to customers who have spoken to the call center team who have

created Enquiry.

● Reconfirm the customer needs of the products/services.

● Achieve sales target.

Customer Service & Management:

● Ask the customer to visit the dealership and book an appointment with the dealer.

● Ensure the customer has received all information required of the product,

documentation from the dealer.

● Keep records of customer interactions and, transactions, comments, and complaints

and follow up till Retail/Sales in LMS.

Product Knowledge:

● Educate customers about the features and benefits of products and services.
