Responsibilities

• Be a part of the team to manage the Client’s resource Requirements.

• Support the Manger in the Execution of strategy and solutions designed for clients including change management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and plays an important role in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

• Reviewing and updating existing Policies of Clients as per the brief.

• Framing new HR policies as per client requirements. • Doing industry research on best practices, ideating on possible solutions, suggesting initiatives for change management.

• Any other work that is assigned by the Manager.
