Job OverviewWe are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our educational consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
  • Provide information about our services and assist clients with their questions.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection policies.
  • QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Preferred SkillsKnowledge of the educational consultancy sector is an advantage.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling software.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
