▫ Post: - Retail Partner(Team Leader)

▫ Role and Responsibilities : - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the areas of operations including recruitment, training , business operation, management and team leading.

▫ Salary : 19000(Inc. Allowance) fixed + incentives upto 45k

▫ Recruitment Process : Interview + IRDAI Exam + OJT

▫ IRDAI Exam Center: NSE-IT Center(Near your Location)

▫ Location: This hiring is being done for Kolkata Regional Office

▫ Office Working Days : 5 Days(Monday to Friday) 

▫ Working Time : 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Process :

▪ This Job is totally work from home and It's a Fix Salary.

▪ If you get selected in interview then your next step will be exam of IC(Insurance Consultant). 

▪ IRDAI(Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) exam Mandatory for this job because here you will start with an IC designation 

▪ Company provides 7 days training properly + product session for exam 

▪ For your help company provides experienced seniors , and a whatsapp group, IRDAI Exam aap, mock series, study material all over.

▪ During the training period, Trainees will receive a stipend of 60k to 1.05Lakh according to their performance base. The training (theory and practical) will be approximately 3 months. Currently, training will be provided via ZOOM apps
