Job Title: Telecaller (NGO Process).

Location: Bhera Enclave, Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers for an NGO-focused process. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential donors, providing information about our NGO’s initiatives, and encouraging support for our cause.

Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls to potential donors and supporters.
• Share information about the NGO’s mission, programs, and what it needs.
• Encourage people to donate or get involved with the NGO.
• Keep accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
• Provide great customer service and answer any questions from potential donors.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly calling goals.
• Work with the team to find effective ways to reach out to and engage donors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telecalling or sales is helpful but not required.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
• Confident and persuasive, with a passion for social causes.
• Ability to stay motivated despite rejection.
