Job Description

The job responsiblities include:

  • Identify and analyze tender opportunities from various government platforms or portals.
  • Coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender documents.
  • Keep records of tender documents and ensure they are accurately tracked and updated.
  • Maintain a library of tender documents, including templates, terms & conditions, and past submissions for future reference.
  • Assist in negotiating tender terms and conditions with clients when necessary.

The essential skills required are as follows:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) so as to prepare documents for tenders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
