Job Summary:The Senior Telesales Executive will drive sales over the phone, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. They will mentor junior team members and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Responsibilities: Make outbound/inbound calls to sell products/services.
• Meet Assign task and report performance.
• Build strong relationships and address customer needs.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
• Keep CRM records updated and provide market feedback.
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 1+ years in telesales.
• Strong communication, skills in KANNADA is mandatory.
