Job Description
Position Title: Marketing Representative, Sales Representative/Executive/Associate/Tele calling executive
Job Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the company's revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our products/services.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Understand client needs and propose solutions to meet those needs.
3. Sales Presentations:
· Conduct product/service presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating features, benefits, and value propositions.
· Address client concerns and objections effectively.
4. Sales Negotiation:
· Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
· Work closely with the sales team and management to finalize deals.
5. Sales Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
· Provide regular reports on sales performance.
6. Market and Competitor Analysis:
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
· Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
7. Achieving Sales Targets:
· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
8. Customer Service:
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
