*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an ambitious Franchise Development Manager to lead our franchise creation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, and support new franchisees.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Franchise Lead Generation: Identify potential franchisees through marketing campaigns, referrals, and industry events.

2. Franchisee Recruitment: Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and present business opportunities.

3. Franchise Support: Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to new franchisees.

4. Business Development: Collaborate with existing franchisees to enhance operations and revenue growth.

5. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

*Requirements:*

1. 2+ years of experience in franchise development, sales, or business development.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to travel. 

4. Self-motivated and results-driven.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Franchise industry experience.

2. Knowledge of education sector.
