Job Description

A leading distributor of furniture fittings and solutions, is seeking a passionate and driven Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Kerala. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our network and strengthening relationships with existing dealers, while driving sales growth through insightful solutions and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned dealers within your territory, providing ongoing support and exceeding their expectations.
  • Proactively identify and acquire new dealer partnerships, expanding our reach and market penetration.
  • Deeply understand Hafele's diverse product portfolio and present creative solutions to address specific customer needs, demonstrating consultative selling skills.
  • Effectively negotiate contracts and secure deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Actively collect payments from dealers, maintaining accurate records and adhering to collection timelines.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis, providing valuable insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans, setting achievable goals and monitoring progress through data analysis.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to dealers and potential customers, showcasing Hafele's products and expertise.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows, building brand awareness and generating new leads.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, motivating and guiding field sales representatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the furniture fittings or related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
  • A genuine passion for the furniture industry and a deep understanding of its trends.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new product lines and selling strategies.
