10)Booking, Pickup, Delivery, Courier Calls, Send Details to Sales Person, end to end Process.

11)Cross Check Payment before Dispatch the material

12)Send Invoice Copy, Courier Details to Customer on Mail and Whatsapp When Material is Dispatched.

13)Give Training to Sales People About Logistic Booking If Needed.

14)Send Material for Testing, Coordinate With Testing Department and Re-send the material Back to Customer Within 3 Days .

15)Upload Photos on Return Material in Google drive.

16)Coordinate with Vendor For Material Pickup And Update Received material in CRM
