Job Summary:  

The Retail Recruiter will oversee the complete recruitment process for retail roles within the premium and luxury sectors. This position necessitates a comprehensive knowledge of the luxury market, exceptional candidate sourcing abilities, and the capacity to cultivate relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions tailored to the Premium & luxury market.

- Source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.

- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the brand.

- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.

- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions within the premium segment.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential candidates and recruitment strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and luxury industry networks.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the retail, fashion, or luxury industry.

- Strong understanding of the luxury market, including trends and consumer behaviour.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
