Position Title: Quality Control Specialist (Digital Marketing)

Location: Near Badkal Mor Metro station, sector 19 Faridabad

Reports To: Marketing Manager/Director

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary:

The Quality Control (QC) Specialist for Digital Marketing is responsible for ensuring that all digital marketing assets, campaigns, and content meet the company's quality standards and client expectations. This role involves reviewing, testing, and validating various digital marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, emails, ads, and other digital campaigns, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


Content and Asset Review:


Review digital marketing content (e.g., social media posts, website content, blogs, emails, and ad copy) for accuracy, grammatical errors, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Ensure all creative assets (graphics, videos, infographics) are high quality, properly formatted, and optimized for various platforms.

Campaign Testing and Validation:


Test digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, paid ads) to ensure functionality, correct targeting, and proper tracking.

Validate landing pages, forms, and CTAs to ensure proper setup and performance.

SEO and Web Standards Compliance:


Ensure all web content adheres to SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, meta tags, and alt texts.

Review website structure and content for user-friendliness, proper linking, and mobile responsiveness.

Data Integrity and Reporting:


Check the accuracy of marketing data, analytics reports, and performance metrics.

Validate tracking codes (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel) to ensure correct data capture and reporting.

Brand and Legal Compliance:


Ensure marketing materials are in compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and client-specific requirements.

Review materials for brand consistency across all platforms.

Feedback and Collaboration:


Provide constructive feedback to content creators, designers, and campaign managers on quality issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, and marketers) to resolve any identified quality issues.

Process Improvement:


Identify areas for improvement in the QC process and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.

Implement quality control checklists and automated tools where applicable.

Qualifications


1+ years of experience in digital marketing, quality control, or content management.

Strong attention to detail and familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, etc.).

Excellent communication skills
