Position: Business Development Executive

Job Description:

- Identify new business opportunities by actively prospecting, networking, and maintaining relationships with potential clients.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
