Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude and ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable checkout experience.

• Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.

• Computer Billing: Quickly and efficiently generate customer bills using computer-based billing software. Ensure accuracy in all invoices and transactions.

• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, offers, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, refunds, and voids. Ensure all daily transactions tally with sales reports.

• Customer Data Entry: Collect customer information like phone numbers for promotional campaigns and Spin the Wheel offers.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with computers and billing software, with the ability to process transactions quickly and accurately.

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
