We are looking for a driven and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products(BIZ TOOLS) over the phone to potential and existing customers. You should have excellent communication skills and a knack for closing sales while building strong customer relationships.

Outbound Sales: Make cold and warm calls to potential clients, introducing products/services and creating sales opportunities.

Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop leads to convert into successful sales.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and understanding their needs.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product/service features and benefits to offer accurate information to customers.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement and nurture relationships.
