Job Title: Accounts Executive

Position Type: Full-Time 12- 8 PM

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join the financial team of our dynamic and high-energy nightclub. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial records of the business, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all financial regulations, and providing key insights into the financial health of the nightclub.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Process invoices, payments, and receipts related to nightclub operations (suppliers, vendors, contractors, and customers).

Ensure all transactions are recorded in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations.

Cash Management:

Oversee daily cash handling, ensuring the proper documentation and reconciliation of cash and card payments.

Ensure accurate cash deposits and maintain cash flow records for the business.

Reconciliation:Perform bank and cash reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis to ensure financial accuracy.

Reconcile and balance daily transactions, including bar sales, ticket sales, and other revenue streams.

Billing & Payments:

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to manage billing and payment schedules.

Track outstanding accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.

Budgeting & Reporting:

Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the management team.

Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Prepare financial analysis and reports to help the management make informed business decisions.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including VAT, sales tax, and other statutory filings.

Assist with preparing for audits and provide documentation as required by internal and external auditors.

Cost Control & Financial Efficiency:

Monitor operational costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Assist in managing payroll and employee-related expenses (if applicable).
