Job Title: BDA - (Field Sales).

About the Company:

Go Alpha is India’s favorite Engagement Platform. We seek to ignite a love for sports among kids such that kids develop lifelong passion for sports and fitness. We introduce kids to the fundamentals of multi-sports – Viz. Gymnastics, Football, Basketball, Athletics, Cricket etc.

We run Multiple Programs at the preschools during preschool hours. We introduce sports in a safe, creative, and non-competitive environment.

In the next stage, we work with the child’s interest and help the child enhance his/her skill. Go Alpha kids want the kids to be active and choose the right sport for life.

Requirements:

* Visit Preschools on field and Maintain the sales MIS.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.

* Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

* Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Required Experience.

* Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines and targets.

* Should have previous field-sales experience where the job was closing the transaction & not just pre-sales.

* Proven marketing & sales track record.

* Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills.

* Prior experience in field work & marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Getting sales using various Customer Sales Methods

* Forecasting sales in pipelines, Developing out of the box sales strategies.

* Market our various services to Pre-Schools.

* Prior exposure in Marketing & Sales who can get us clients for the above-mentioned programs by launching aggressive Marketing & Sales strategies which are result oriented and having a “Go to Market strategy maker.”

Other Specification:

* Must have a two-wheeler and willing to travel 75% of the work responsibility.

* 1-3 years of field sales / sales experience.

* Willing to work 6 days a week.

* Should have a go getter attitude and target oriented mindset.
