Job Description:

Startek is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide assistance and support to customers regarding their queries, complaints, and requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively by identifying the problem, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Data Management: Accurately document and update customer information in the system after every interaction.
  • Feedback Handling: Capture customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams for process improvement.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed individual performance targets, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer management software.
