We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Teleperformance, a leading BPO company. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to the roll of customer service and sales representative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: * Provide high-quality support to premium customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Issue Resolution: * Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues by providing appropriate solutions within the first interaction whenever possible.
  • Product Knowledge: * Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Documentation: * Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and complete.
  • Feedback Handling: * Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the management team.
  • Team Collaboration: * Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: * Stay updated with industry best practices and participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
  • Experience can apply.
  • Minimum Qualification 12th.


Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • High level of empathy and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with composure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
