Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming customer calls, understanding their concerns, and responding promptly with accurate and relevant information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues, redirecting complaints or concerns as necessary. Initiate and facilitate productive communication channels to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

• Monitor the progress of issue resolutions with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions are provided to customers.

• Identify and escalate complex or critical issues to regional leads or appropriate higher authorities, ensuring swift and appropriate action is taken.

• Coordinate with the finance team to facilitate payment refunds, ensuring seamless communication and timely processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, resolutions, and interactions. Prepare and present regular Management Information System (MIS) reports summarizing key metrics and insights.

• Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring effective resolution.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer service and complaint handling

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers.

• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
