Job Description

Sales Prospecting:


  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular visits, calls, and communication.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors, customer needs, and market trends.

Customer Engagement:


  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products and services to potential customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers and maintain ongoing communication.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:


  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Handle price negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Close deals and secure new business contracts.

Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, including progress on targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Territory Management:


  • Manage sales activities within a designated geographical area.
  • Set and meet sales targets, ensuring growth within the territory.
  • Plan and organize travel to meet clients and prospects in different locations as needed.

Collaboration:


  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's offerings.
